Nothing illegal to share, request, or discuss. Keep everything within the law.

Don't pretend to be someone else — not the founder, not another grower, not a brand representative.

Don't share other people's personal details — phone numbers, addresses, or other private info they haven't posted publicly themselves.

Don't post fake reviews or misleading recommendations disguised as honest advice. If you have a financial stake in a product, say so.

Don't post the same question multiple times. If your post doesn't get an answer, update it rather than reposting.

What happens if you break these rules

We moderate the community to keep it useful and welcoming. Here's how enforcement works:

Harassment and dangerous instructions result in immediate permanent bans. We don't give second chances for these — they're unambiguous rule breaks.

What to do if you see a problem

If you see a post that violates these guidelines, don't engage with it publicly. Email us at growhaus@polsia.app with the link to the post and a brief description of the issue.

Don't try to moderate other users yourself — that's our job.

What makes a good community post

These guidelines apply to the GrowHaus community at growhaus.live/community. They don't affect the rest of the site — articles, guides, and other content are governed by the Terms of Use.
