Refund eligibility
You purchased the Build Plan and are unable to access the file — for example, the download link doesn't work, or you didn't receive a download email within 30 minutes of purchase. Email us and we'll sort it out, either by fixing the access issue or issuing a refund.
You've downloaded the file. Because digital products can't be "returned" the way a physical item can, once you've downloaded the Build Plan, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.
Why this policy exists
GrowHaus uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's standard digital goods policy allows refunds only in cases where the product wasn't delivered or was fundamentally not as described. We apply the same standard.
The Build Plan page clearly describes what's in the product before you purchase, and Stripe's checkout shows you the product name and price. If the description matched what you bought and you downloaded the file, the transaction is complete.

How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at growhaus@polsia.app with the subject line "Refund Request." Include:
- The email address you used to purchase
- The approximate date and time of purchase
- A brief description of why you're requesting a refund
We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
What happens after approval
If your refund is approved, we process it via Stripe within 5–10 business days. The credit will appear on your statement as "GROWHAUS" or "STRIPE*GROWHAUS." You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated.
Donations
Donations to GrowHaus (made through the donation buttons on the site) are voluntary and non-refundable. If you accidentally donated instead of purchasing the Build Plan, email us and we'll make it right — but this is handled case-by-case, not as a matter of policy.
