GrowHaus is an educational resource for beginner greenhouse growers. The information on this site is based on the experience of one individual grower in a specific climate zone (USDA Zone 7b). It is not:
- Professional horticultural advice

- Guaranteed to produce specific results
- Advice tailored to your specific climate, setup, or plants

GrowHaus makes the following honest disclaimers:
- Growing results: We don't guarantee you'll achieve a specific harvest, save a certain amount of money, or grow a particular plant successfully by following our guides.
- Product performance: We recommend products based on our own experience or apparent quality. We don't guarantee that any product will perform as described by the manufacturer.
- Savings claims: Any cost figures or savings estimates on the site are illustrative examples based on specific assumptions — your actual costs may differ significantly.
- Uptime: The site may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. We'll try to give notice on the newsletter when possible.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for:

Community conduct
When you use the GrowHaus community — posting questions, leaving replies, or interacting with other growers — you agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In brief: be respectful, don't spam, don't give dangerous instructions, and don't post content that's illegal or malicious.
We reserve the right to remove community posts that violate the guidelines, and to block accounts that repeatedly break the rules.
Intellectual property
The content on GrowHaus — written guides, illustrations, design, and code — belongs to GrowHaus. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy and republish our content elsewhere without permission.
Product names, manufacturer descriptions, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used under fair use for recommendation purposes.
External links
GrowHaus contains links to Amazon product pages. These are affiliate links — when you buy through them, GrowHaus earns a small commission at no extra cost to you. We also link to USDA resources, YouTube videos, and other third-party content.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any external site. When you leave growhaus.live, the terms of the other site apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: GrowHaus and its founder are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. This includes but is not limited to: crop failure, financial loss, property damage, or personal injury.

Purchases and refunds
Currently, GrowHaus offers one paid product: the Complete GrowHaus Build Plan for $19. This is a digital product — a downloadable build plan PDF. Our refund policy for this product is on our Refund Policy page.
Donations to GrowHaus are voluntary and non-refundable.
Unsubscribe and account deletion
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Your email address will be suppressed from future sends.
To request deletion of your personal data, email growhaus@polsia.app.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll update this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
